Water Purifier Rental Agreement Cancellation & Refund Policy
A agreement may be cancelled at any point as described below. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions related to paid Services accessed through our Platform and the Products offered:
If you buy a Plan, you accept and agree that your agreement will renew automatically, and aquaCrest will continue charging you on a recurring basis until you cancel the agreement and the cancellation takes effect, which may only occur in the subsequent Billing Cycle.
To request a cancellation, you must reach out to AquaCrest customer support or send an email to aquacrestroonrent@gmail.com.
Once Drink Prime receives an email or notification requesting cancellation of a agreement for any Plan, AquaCrest will deactivate the auto-renewal option accordingly.
After submitting a cancellation request, you will retain access to the service until the conclusion of your existing Billing Cycle.
Not using the Services after subscribing does not make you eligible for a refund, either in full or in part, for the cancelled agreement, unless otherwise specified herein. However, please note that we provide a validity extension feature of 28 days after every 360 days of usage. To use this feature, kindly inform us in advance by emailing aquacrestroonrent@gmail.com.
After cancelling your agreement, you may choose to subscribe again at any time.
Please be aware that deleting your Account will result in loss of access to any remaining Balance and Services included in your agreement. During the account deletion process, you must explicitly agree to forfeit the remaining duration and Services of your current paid agreement and acknowledge that no refund will be provided for the unused period.
Refund: At the completion of a agreement, the security deposit along with any surplus balance (applicable to long-term plans) will be refunded.
Monthly subscription
We operate as a prepaid service provider offering water purifiers under a Rental-based model. Once payment has been made for a purifier rent for a given month, the rental amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including Uninstallation or Unsubscription. (Please refer to the example below for clarification.)
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Products: Please note that the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to any Product purchased through the Platform shall be governed by the terms and conditions provided by the Seller on the respective Product page. For returns and refund claims related to Products, please contact the Seller directly.
Modification: We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. We may update these terms or introduce additional terms applicable to the Service to reflect legal changes or modifications to our Services. You are advised to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any amendment will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
